My employer is docking my PTO if I am a minute late back from a break or lunch.. with out letting me know when they do it. I have to go check my PTO status to find out about it. But they do not give any credit for returning early from any break ever.. and

My employer is docking my PTO if I am a minute late back from a break or lunch.. with out letting me know when they do it. I have to go check my PTO status to find out about it. But they do not give any credit for returning early from any break ever.. and they do not give overtime for staying 2-5 minutes late at night when we get stuck on a call (call center).. is this legal to doc me with out notifying me. but never credit me. ?
