Can my manager require me to make copie during my lunch break, without pay, in Ohio?

My manager stopped allowing employees to make copies while on the clock last week. She now says they must be made on our lunch break. I work for a daycare and preschool.

The company can require but have to pay for the time. It cannot use unpaid lunch time for work time. How long does the copying take each day?
