My employer hired someone because she is cute a a medical assistant she is being paid more these me I am a office manager do I have any recourse
I am a office manager for a private practice the receptionist resigned and the owner hired a cute medical assistant instead of a receptionist he is also paying her more and now I have the responsibility of both jobs making less money do I have any recourse ?
