My employer decided to eliminate my position. They have offered me to stay on at a extremely lower wage and still perform the exact same job.

In May of this year, I was told by my employer that my position was going to be eliminated. I was offered a lower position at a lower wage. They also gave me three months to find other employment otherwise I would have to accept the lower wage or quit. Three months have come, and now I have been forced to convert to the lower wage. I’m still doing the exact same job and position as I have always done, at the extremely lower wage.
