My daughter has been working at Bravo Farms for 2-3 years and in May of 2017 accepted an assistant manager position. She realized the responsibilities of assistant manager combined with going to college were too much. In September of 2017 she stepped down from the position. Now she has gone from 40 hours a week to 24 hours a week. Management has been short with her while giving everyone else compliments. Is this harassment and what can she do about it?
