My company gave employees a Searvance packrage. And I never received one I worked there 15 years and should have gotten around 15 thousand I would really appreciate help getting it

I was employed at Johnson controls for 17 years I got coral tubal and they could not acomidate I was making 50 thousand . I got works man comp. Till I reached mmi. I never received nothing but social security for 1 year and 7 months. Then my attorney got me twenty five thousand and works man comp. All I receive is worksmans comp medical and still receive social security for work injure. And I can not take back to court no mater what. Any way wen the company went out of business I was terimatied after they closed and all employees received Searvance package. I did not, I would really like one maybe I can get off disability. I could open boot camp for troubled kids. I would really appreciate some help
