My boss used my pto if I was short hours in a week. I did not find this out until I put in a vacation request and was informed I have no hours in the bucket. Was this legal? I did not give consent to use the pto hours.
I had to take a day off for doctors appointments and told my boss that I understood I was not getting paid for the day due to not putting in a pto request. They used my pto without my consent anyway.
