My Forman keeps touching me trying to provoke me. I told him to stop many times and even my supervisor told him. He continued to do it , it was caught on camera and my supervisor sent it to HR but has done nothing. HR gave him a warning, and a memo. But the Memo was focused on me and instead of my Forman wrong doing. My Forman thinks he is doing no harm and also my company thinks the same. Since HR is not helping or doing any forms of action toward my Forman , heis going to continue to act out because he has a pattern of doing so.
