Lost retirement for time lapse
Ive been working for a large dept store for 14 years with retirement is available at 15years for those 65 and up its 10 years. Well om 67. I had a 3month lapse back in 2015. Where i moved to california worked at the same dept store then i came back to texas. I was told by HR i had lost my package as i was placed as a new hire. So those so 9 years years i just lost?? is that possible?
