Liquidated damage for employment contract enforceable?

I didn't realize I have forwarded client related info to my personal email during my employment. I haven't brought over any clients to my new company, but is the liquidated damage clause still enforceable? In other words, there is no actual damage as the confidential information was not used to solicit any client from prior employer. Is the court likely enforce the liquidated damage which is the 12 month rev from the client the confidentiality was breached?
