Kentucky Non Solicitation enforcement between contractor and subcontractor
Contractor A had a contract to provide services to Customer B. I do work with Contractor A as a sub contractor. Contractor A has lost contract with Customer B do to no fault of mine. Since Contractor A no longer has a valid contract with Customer B can they stop me from providing services for Customer B
