I’m planning on submitting my notice to my employer. My Employment Agreement states that I have to give 20 days notice. Does 20 days include weekends and holidays?
My resignation is due to spouse relocation for his job. I plan on giving my employer more than 20 days notice, but my family and I are going on a week vacation, 3 days before my 20 days is complete. I plan on telling my boss that I will come back after my vacation to finish the rest of the month, which will be an additional 2 weeks.
