Is worker comp time counted as FMLA time
I was injured and required surgery with 60 days recovery. I have a critically ill child and have had to take time off.I now need to have another surgery and was told I was out of FMLA time. After looking into it I found that my time out on work comp was calculated in my 12 week period. Is this correct?
