Is this wrongful demotion?

I was asked to put in for a job by the manager of that specific job, when I got the job. They had given the job I bid on to another person, leaving me with a large number of machines. I was not trained in this job, I sent emails to my hr department worried about my lack of training. Within 2 weeks the manager and supervisor was pulling me into discipline meetings teling me I would fail my 90 day review, I asked them for training again. I started the job the last week of October I didn't not receive my first day of training until the first week of january. My coworkers around me couldn't understand why I was being treated this way. They went to hr to let them know how bad it was. I had to give a detailed response for a short shipment, she accidentally sent me an email in reply, instigating hostility in the work place. Accusing me of blaming another employee.... I also sent that email to hr and they done nothing. I have the emails from hr stating that they would not let me be done wrong, and my job was not at all in jeopardy. Not even a week later they come to me and tell me they are moving me to the floor doing whatever job, on whatever shift. I have the emails from hr stating I was being done terrible, and how they wish there was something they could do for me. Ive lost the shift, pay and time off. The manager said I wasn't "getting it" I did not have one single write up and only 2 days of training. I have emails that i had sent to other schedulers with the exact same mistakes that she was not acceptable, im demoted with no training and the woman who was making the same mistakes after 3 years has never been discipline. I'm not even sure what or when I'll be working. Is this grounds for wrongful termination?
