Is this harassment??

I have 2 disabled boys. They require me to be off a lot with my job. I have FMLA and have had it every year for 5 years. My principal doesn't like me taking off and has confronted me infront of staff students and parents about me signing out a few minutes early to get my son that goes to my school and have him ready to leave the school at 3:30. I have to leave at 3:30 on the dot in order to get home in time for my other child off the bus. it takes me 25 minutes to get home and i have to pick up my daughter and then make it to the drive way by 4. its tough. anyway ...now she is asking if I can their medical appointments to suit them so I am not off that much. These are specialty clinics and they only have appointments certain days and times and etc... I feel like I am being harassed to the point I had a panic attack from being so stressed from working full time, dealing with appointments, sick children and then getting asked to change appointments and asking why I am signing out a few minutes early. My daughter also has asthma an d was out 3 days last week. Is this harassment??
