Is this discrimination?

I have been employed at my job for 2+ years, The entire time of employment, I've not had teeth, due to factors outside of work. Tonight, there was a mandatory staff meeting, which I attended. Out of 5 employees, I was singled out, and told that I either need to wear my teeth or dress up. Everybody, at this job, minus the manager wears jeans and a t-shirt to work. Yet, I was the only one told that I either have to wear teeth or dress up. Is this discrimination?
