Is this considered Discrimination or Disparate Treatment?

Earlier this month I was told by my manager that I need to limit my time away from my desk to my 15 minute breaks and my 30 minute lunch, which is inconsistent for the rest of the department. I have MS, of which they are aware. Since receiving this information, I have been putting off using the restroom to my break time or lunch time. Last week, I started having medical issues and had to be taken to the emergency room on Friday night with a severe Kidney Infection, caused by holding and not being able to empty my bladder. I don't know where to go with this.
