Is there anything I can do to an employer even after the statute of limitations has expired?

I was falsely accused of theft and terminated. I spent time finding witnesses and I fought for my unemployment and won.
Now I see its expired for a EEOC filing etc. Is there any thing I can do to this employer now that its past the time limit. I also have recently found out that what was done to me was purposeful to get rid of me. Witness has come forward. Am I just out of luck?
Thanks
