Is there a discrimination?

I reported an incident where a co worker spreading rumors about me chasing him for sex and that I also had sex with another co worker. I complaint and it was settled because HR said it was all just rumors despite that I had witness whom the person I complaint had a direct conversation. Another co worker told me that the frst person mentioned but being fed by another co worker whom I thought was my close friend. With a direct conversation with this supposedly friend, my co worker told me that every personal discussion she told them and many more of our co worker. This concerned co worker convinced me to have a talk with my supposedly friend together with the supervisor. It was supposedly settled. The day after I was told that my supposedly friend went to tell the first person I complaint that she was gang up by me and the other girl when we talked with the supervisor. So, I felt I needed to let her know that we wanted to end it and just want her to know that what she did was wrong. But when I came to her, I put my left arm on her shoulder, with a smile I said can we please talk. Then I just kept going, saying can we please please talk. She was giggling and laughing. There was another co worker very close to us, who thought that we were playing around since she was also giggling and laughing. She ran and I caught her bag, i said please please. I hugged her and touched her face and said, I know you are upset and I will let you cool down. When you cool down, can we please talk. Then I walk away. All this time I was smiling and giggly. The next day, she told HR that I strangled her neck with my arms. The HR assistant did not know what happened previously. And she said that I will be given a written up because I touched her, no matter the intension. So I went to the HR manager on a Monday and explained what happened. He said that because I touched her I am liable to be repremanded. And he also said that he knows that it's upsettong what ever happened but rumors is normal at work and that either I leave of I stay. So, i said I am staying because it seems to me that these people are provoking me to leave. Prior to this 2 incidents, I have come to the HR to complaint that the Supervisor told another co worker to stop talking to me because I was lazy. When infact whenever someone talks to me, I work (multitask). But HR recommended that I talked to the Supervisor. I did and he denied it. Going back to the 2 incidents. The Supervisor nor the HR Manager did not offer to repremand the 2 people whom spread rumors about me. The HR Manager said he would investigate first. 4 days have passed. Today, my Supervisor gave me the corrective actions. I asked why none of them offered to repremand the first 2 people that I complaint. He just said it was already settled and I accepted the solution. And that this issue was different. I explained that they are inter-related and that I expected that they would provide a fair resolution. The conversation heated up alittle, so i just decided to just sign the paper. Now, I will not be able to apply for any promotion for a year because of the write up. I feel that I was discriminated. I feel that the Supervisor has something to do with the decisions made with the 2 incidents. Because prior to learning about him saying that I waa lazy, I have complaint that some his people (I named them) were using thier cellphone on the floor and eating when it's against he code of conduct. I also learned that the same people were complainy in the pasy but nothing was done. No codumentation and wete not repremanded. I feel that I am being bullied. But I am not sure and I don't know what to do.
