Is the employer required to pay me a penalty fees or more pay for waiting so long?
My employer did not pay me my full wages worked, even after submitting my wage adjustment sheet signed by a supervisor. After I notified my parol and hr a month ago I have not received my missing pay. Is the employer required to pay me a penalty fees or more pay for waiting so long?
