Is that legal?
I started a new job, and was out 1 day due to ER visit. I called my job an let them know I would be out. I returned with a. Dr note which they said wasnt needed. Time cards were due to be submitted so I turned my dr note with a lwop slip for the full day. My supervisor came back an said there wasn’t enough information on the note an needed the exact reason I was out. Feeling pressured an bullied I told her. Other coworkers were there. Is that legal? there’s been harassment as well which I talked to her about an it’s been ignored. An when I contacted my supervisors boss I was told she was just being thorough an they would talk to her an let her know she couldn’t ask those questions
