Is reverse age discrimination Legal

The company I work for changed the pension calculation to be different for those over the age of 50 on 1/1/14 versus those under the age of 50 on 1/1/14. Those over 50 as of 1/1/14 were grandfathered and have a better pension calculation than those personnel under 50 as of 1/1/14. This appears to be reverse age discrimination. The EEOC has stated that they will reject the claim if I officially file allowing for lawsuit if a lawyer is found that is willing to take the case.
