My company received Chapter 11 Reorganization approval with the stipulation that I, the owner, sign a non-competition agreement with my company. The company is still struggling and I can potentially be acquired by a larger company, one that "competes" with my existing company. Will the creditors be able to enforce the non-competition agreement against me?
