Is it legal to hire someone for a management position lie to them that they are training and will be in the position as soon as the next one is open. Give the manager position to someone else
I was hired under false pretenses, promised the position will be guaranteed to me. Found out today that a young man who is not experienced was promoted Thursday. I am currently still on the line and scrubbing floors
