Is it legal to have to wait 30 days to recieve overtime pay?
If I work ot in dec 09 it will not be seen unitl jan 2010 is that legal I am a state empolyee and we are paid on the 1st and the 16th unless its a holiday or weekend. Suppose I worked ot on Dec 16 since we will be paid jan 14th i will not see the fruits of my labor until feb is this legal.
