Is it legal to fire an employee for not attending a meeting after HR request to be their but they couldn’t? This was days after asked for 2 days off relating to PTSD and having a RAM.
I just don’t know my rights or if it’s totally legal. Never once was written up or verbal warning. 2 days before terminated they took my title and my work from me so I had about 5% workload. I only asked for an hour lunch for therapy once a week and I would wear ear plugs just in case.
