Is it legal in OK for and employer to call and employee weekly while on LTD?

I've been on FMLA and receiving STD, my STD has end and I'm now on LTD. My employer calls me weekly asking for a return date. I have provided them with the Attending Physician Report. My employer is not satisfied with the return date because it stated pending. Is it legal for them to call me weekly asking for a return date when I have explained to them numerous times that we don't know the return date at this time because I'm going through testing to find the cause of my illness. I've had two surgeries a month apart and numerous ones prior to this that contribute to some of my issues, which is why I'm on leave. Can you tell me my legal rights as far as being called weekly asking the same questions about my return to work and now my employer is asking me If I plan on coming back to work?
