Is it a wrongful termination if my employer fired me after she receive garnishment judgement for me and fired me stating poor work performance?

My employer received a garnishment judgement for me and she was given 20 days to answer it,but before the 20 days passed she let me go accusing me of poor performance. Before she fired me she keep on asking me if I will go see a lawyer because she does not want to deal with it? Can I charge wrongful termination?
