Is being terminated for financial reasons a form of wrongful termination when in fact the company was still hiring?
I was let go due to financial reasons as the company I worked for lost a huge client. However they were still in the hiring process. I was informed that when things change I would be brought back. However they have in fact found a new client and I was told I would not be coming back.
