In the state of Wisconsin can they hold your vacation pay because you have not want worked in three weeks.
My employer told me to continue driving I had to pass the dot physical and since I had a heart attack 5 years ago I have to see a cardiologist but I have passed a physical and my cardiologist appointment is the 29th I have not worked in 3 weeks due to this my employee did not know that I had to see a cardiologist. So I have not worked in 3 weeks because of this. My vacation date was the 12th of August now they saying they're not going to pay me my vacation time since I have not worked in 3 weeks. Can they legally do this. ?
