In the state of Mississippi can an employer place an employees personal belongings outside at night on street bc of a personal issue without given the chance to the employee to come get his or her belongings?

I’m a hairstylist. And the salon owner has been very ugly and rude to me. The husband and I have are great friends but because she is mad at me personally not business related she has set all my belongings outside at 9:30 pm for anyone to pick up or take. I have over $1,000 worth of equipment and other things that she has set outside. What can be done about this?
