In the state of Kansas by law can my boss which is the owner not allow me to work my shift BC she thinks I have a additude over a text message conversation?
I told my boss I was going to be late over text. Her responds was what's new.? My response was then hopefully my pay check being accurate and my unpaid wages from last pay period being compensated, hopefully that's what's new. Was my response. Can she which is the owner tell me "don't bother coming in ,seems like u have a additude. I told her I didn't. She never responds back over text.
