In n.c. can my employer not pay me my vacation accrued from previous year because im unable to give 2 weeks notice
Got a job offer after six years with current employer but new job needs me to start immediately so im unable to give 2week notice and current employer will not pay my accrued vacation from previous year without 2 week notice...can they do that legally
