In Virginia, can you company make you take your vacation time when you are sick rather than you vacation time?
Can my company make me use my vacation time rather than my sick time for when I am sick or go to the doctor? What can I do if I ask my employee to call me regarding this issue and they refuse call me or take my call. When I email them trying to explain they tell me not to do that and certainly not to do it on company time? I am frustrated with this. I have been a good employee for 19.5 years and these issues always come up when I take time off because they provide no coverage for the position I am in which needs it? Causes great problems for me and the docs I work for? Thank you.
