In Ohio an I entitled to be paid for unused PTO at the time of resignation
I have accrued PTO while working for this employer, I have turned in my two week notice and have been told I cannot use any of my pto as sick days with out a dr note inside my two week notice. Is my employer required to pay me for my unused balance when my notice is up.
