In Nevada. A teacher at a private catholic elementary school. Do I have the right to see a complaint in writing before I respond to the accusations?

A fellow employee of mine has complained that I have bullied and harassed her during work on at least 4 occasions. My supervisor brought this to my attention but refuses to supply me with a copy of the complaint. The employee refuses to discuss the complaint with me face to face. By law in Las Vegas, Nevada, shouldn't I receive a written formal copy of the entire complaint before I respond in writing as I've been ordered to do?
