Am I entitled to being paid for excessive break downs?
Truck breaks down every trip without fail..im normally the one to try to get it running..since I do not hear from him again. Is his time valuable to where mine time is not? In 26 years of driving I have not found a company that did not p at its drivers breakdown pay. I. Think I should be played for every hour I was out there longer than I should have been. I was performing work related repairs.
