If you have as an employer overpaid your salary employees can you get the money back? For a small business? If they don’t want to pay back can you fire with cause and begin a civil suit?
We overpaid or salary employees for 17 paychecks paid them 40 hour salary 40 hours regular. It’s a small business and for employees were overpaid. We are now aware of the mistake and the employees do not want to pay us back what are our rights as an employer
