If my drug screen results are negative does my employer have to pay for the forced time off?
Im the sole provider for a family of five and I was forced to take time off from work by my employer until results came back from a drug screen. Im not being paid for the time off which substantially hurts us financially. Further employment is pending on the results. I had to use what little vacation time i had just to get some income during the time to make ends meet.
