If a business closes, how long do they have to issue paychecks, and if they are mailing them, when should we receive them?
The restaurant I worked at closed its doors last week. They did notify us and assured us we would be paid ( we are paid weekly so there are two checks owed to us). If the checks are mailed, are they required to arrive on the same day as we would normally be able to pick them up (Wed of each week)?
