I work in a warehouse in California. We have work functions that can be performed sitting down. Would my employee be required to give us chairs under the seating act

I work in a warehouse. There are multiple positions that in theory could be done sitting down. But they won't give us a seat will this fall under the California seating act? If so what can i do to get a chair? I'm mainly at a computer all day.
