I work for a franchise and my boss has never carried unemployment insurance and she has fired me can I apply for benefits and can she get legal action taken against her
I have worked for a private franchise owner for 3 years and paid by a check but no taxes are taken out and she has not ever had unemployment benefits she has fired another employee that has worked 28 years ..can either one get in legal trouble
