I was the only internal candidate interviewed for a promotion. The CEO asked me only two questions. One was how did you lose all that weight? The second was about how I increased sales a a particular store. I feel I was disqualified from the job based on

Details: two years employed as a retail district manager. Prior experience includes higher level positions as a director and as a regional manager. A rare opening occurred for a regional manager and I applied. Up until the day of the interview, I was led to believe by my supervisor that the hiring manager wanted to hire internally. HR also informed me that I was the only qualified internal candidate. The company posted the position for external applicants. My first interviewer explained I had tough competition and I should ensure the interviewers knew my experience. I interviewed with 6 people. The CEO interviewed me last. The interview was scheduled for 1 hour and lasted 10 minutes. I was asked how I lost weight then told I can do more for the company but was not sure if this was the right role. The entire day was a scam as not one of the 6 interview I went thru asked questions relevant to my background or experience. I knew I would not get this position based on how the interviewers were questioning me.
