Other employees that worked along side myself and the accuser were willing to testify to clear me of these allegations but neither they nor I had a chance to speak to anyone regarding the matter. I just got my RGM promotion after much sacrifice and spent time and this happens a month later. They suspended me for sexual harassment charges, pending further investigation. Three days later I receive a text for a meeting with my boss and I get terminated for discrimination. I’ve written up a certain shift leader on my roster and gave him countless verbal warnings about tampering with work schedules and making changes to it. He never received any kind of disciplinary actions for anything. Please tell me I have grounds to file a suit for wrongful termination.
