I was terminated because an employee lied and informed my employer that I run and escort company. It has caused extreme emotional distress as well as financial burden and negative impact on my employment reference with the reason for termination in Maryla

An employee went to HR reported that I own a escort company. When I returned off vacation HR had termination paperwork stating they were told by an employee and resident that I own a escort company. I asked them when were they going to ask me or did they even investigate the matter for facts before going off their accusations. HR said regardless it's unacceptable and they don't want that type of activity in their company. They didn't even allow me to defend the speculations because the papers were already drawn up. I had worked for the company for 20 months was highly professional won a award for the company. Was the most professional dressed and only black manager I the company.
