I was sent out on severance and then returned to same company in Washington State with a different positon. Upon my return the company backdated my original hire date 2 months from May 2002 to July 2002. I was told that this will effect my social security
asking if my original hire date can be backdated after I return from being sent out on severance. I returned two month after being sent out on severance to the same company with a different position
