I was recently terminated due to the failure to integrate my employees with the customer

Termination due to failure to integrate my personnel with the customer. My employees were in fact working to the customers schedule and under their direction. All very traceable. This the continuation of issues that occurred when several employees were offended by my actions when I was attempting to train them on the necessary job skills.
