I was receiving workers comp when covid19 broke out and they closed all surgery centers.

I was right about the middle of receiving workers compensation when covid 19 broke out and they closed all surgery centers. By the time they reopened them my work comp ran out, so I asked my WRK/ CMP lawyer if they are extending W/C benefits. The answer was no. so I felt I was forced to settle. That was Oct 7 2021 I've sold everything of value all my gold my HD deluxe during the two yrs on work comp to make ends meet. I'm at my wits end and still haven't received anything and I'm in so much pain I can't go out to work. I'm on a month to month in the house I rent the landlord has been very understanding but that's is running thin, 3mo no rent. I found a renters help on line. applied for it but haven't heard back. If I don't get help soon I'll be homeless by the end of the month. I will add I'm an x-con been good for over 11yrs and It is taking every thing I got to not break the law to pay my rent thats running thin. I don't know what to do? stuck between a rock and a hard place .
