Did my employer retaliate against me for asking for corporate number ?

Already filing discrimination suit and I feel like a retaliation claim also needs to be filed. Am I correct ? This gas happend to me twice within 2 months from the same company. I was placed on a 5 felony that was on my background report but shouldn't have been because it was removed 26 days before . I disputed the information and got paperwork from the court house showing the felony was vacated on the first day. During the 5 days I was ignored and asked for corporate number then all of a sudden I get a call saying I terminated. They said it was because of the misdemeanor but they had already told me they don't care about misdemeanors . Feel like I was termed for the second time within 2 months from this company for inaccurate reasons. I am already going after them for discrimination and want to know if I should file retaliation as well ? When I was termed I asked for corporate number again and was still refused.
