I was paid a wage settlement from California, but I am a Georgia native.

I was paid through a union settlement an amount from my former employer for lost retirement income. They listed it as a wage settlement on my W-2, and took both state and federal taxes. This happened in 2015. The state was California. I became a Georgia native last year as well, so I am trying to determine how I should file - noting that California already took taxes.
